Step 1: Submission of the customer drawing
- Just let us know your ideas.
- You have a drawing of your product? - All the better.
- If not, we can gladly create them.
- We then calculate our offer for you on this basis.
- You are a new customer and would like to convince yourself of our quality first?
- Then we would also be happy to offer you the option of a trial delivery.
Step 2: Placing the order
- Receipt of your order
- You will receive an order confirmation from us, with all call-offs and delivery dates.
- Framework agreements possible
Step 3: Settlement
- On-schedule production of your goods at our partner companies
- Frequently required items can be pre-produced and stored on request
- This makes even faster delivery possible
- Depending on the regulations, your order will be certified according to PEFC or FSC (sustainable forestry), IPPC (international plant convention for the protection of plants against pests) or DDC (due diligence system against illegal logging).
Step 4: Shipping by our trucks
- The goods are then delivered to our customers throughout Germany and Europe.
